I came here after purchasing a home and was very overwhelmed with the various countertops I needed to purchase. Rolando outlined the highlights of many materials and helped me understand which would be the best fit for each area. It was clear Rolando was knowledgeable about the products and you could tell he was proud to be in the business. I appreciate the help and love the products!

They provided an appropriate balance of assistance with freedom to browse. It was nice to know the cost of the stone right away. We could then choose the fabricator and know clearly what cost was materials and what was labor

The warehouse was great. The people show you around and then let you review everything you would like for as long as you'd like without constantly bugging you. This was especially nice as we brought our 4 year old with us for this trip. He was a fan of the donuts of course that were there for customers as well. The selection is almost too much to handle, but the staff members showed us how to fill out the form to mark which material we liked and then helped us dwindle down the selection based on our price range. Once we selected our installer, they shipped the slab we purchased over to him for fabrication within a day or two.

Darlene, I am writing you to express a level of gratitude that words can’t really express.  I was a kitchen/bath designer employed by one of the local home centers in the Orlando area when I met you back in 1998. I remember having a conversation with you about owning your business and the independence that it gives you as you’re trying to build a better future for yourself. I went into mystic granite to get some ideas to update my kitchen in my new house. Rolando was a great help he was very friendly, informative, and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and was able to make to my experience wonderful. I am still hunting for more ideas but mystic is at the top of my list. Great service!

When I visited Mystic Granite, I was so impressed. From the moment I walked into the door, I loved it. Mystic Granite and Marble is a clean and attractive store. I loved all the beautiful things on the walls. The employee that greeted me was professional, friendly, courteous and kind. She offered me water and brought me into the showroom where the granite slabs were and explained what would happen next. Two other employees helped me with the granite slabs. They were very pleasant, helpful, and really knew what they were talking about when they explained things to me. They took their time with me, were patient, and had wonderful customer service. I had visited another granite store before I went to Mystic Granite and Marble and believe me, Mystic Granite and Marble is far superior. 

The best place in Orlando for Marble and all other natural stone surfaces. The owner, Darlene Spezzi, was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. She has such a passion for what she does that it truly made our experience unforgettable. She educated us about all of the marble and quartzite we had picked out. She and her staff were patient with us, as we had to go back several times before we felt comfortable finalizing our selections. Truly a remarkable experience.

Had a great experience at Mystic Granite & Marble, the inventory is so diverse, it’s impossible not to find something that will match one’s vision/expectations. Those of us in this industry (interior designers, home remodeling aficionados, etc) can be extremely picky and even difficult at times; however, my salesperson/consultant Diego Reyes made all the difference for me with his patience, expertise and good taste! I would like to say thank you to Diego Reyes from Mystic Granite. He was really a pleasure to work with. I was selecting slabs for a whole house renovation and he was very helpful and professional in this process. He was also very responsive when I had some questions via email/phone. Diego also has excellent taste and design knowledge and helped me with certain selections. Mystic has very beautiful slabs, a variety of stones and a nice warehouse to walk through. I changed my mind a few times trying to make the slabs all flow and he, along with Tayla and Rolando were very kind and patient throughout the process. I enjoyed seeing them all during my visits, and I highly recommend Diego and Mystic Granite to anyone looking for slabs. The countertops are being finalized today and they look gorgeous.
